How Corporate Accounts Work

A corporate account with LetterClick allows the company to,

  • Set up billing levels and authorize individual users at different levels and under different accounting codes.
  • Immediately add or remove authorization for any user.
  • Control usage of the company's corporate identity by making sure everyone uses the correct and current letterhead.
  • Provide "form letters" – standard correspondence – for your employees to use, to help them be more productive, and to help maintain a consistent message and quality level in company communications.

The account is set up and controlled by an account administrator who is authorized by the company to establish usage level and control who is authorized to use the account. All administration functions are controlled securely, through this Web site.

Company employees who have been authorized by the account administrator can then use our services. LetterClick is all about convenience – the unmatched convenience of being able to send all forms of written communications from email. This convenience also means increased productivity. With LetterClick there are no printing and postage hassles, no searching for the right letter template, etc. With LetterClick, there IS time to send those follow-up letters, thank you cards, and other communications that can make such a difference in customer perception. With our service, your employees can send email that looks like printed mail – on your company letterhead with their scanned signatures – send printed letters, notes, greeting cards, faxes, and more, all from email. Account Administration

First, the administrator, registers and sets up the account. The company supplies one copy of its letterhead and envelope, either by sending them in or by uploading the graphic files if they have them. (Read the graphic file guidelines.)

The next step is to determine who is authorized to use the account, at what level, under which accounting code. The company has full control. Employees can be authorized to 1) just be able to use the company letterhead and form letters, 2) to charge business correspondence items to the account or, 3) to charge all correspondence items to the account. The company's bill is sorted and subtotalled by user and accounting code.

Each authorized user then registers at our Web site to activate his or her account. If any of of them previously had an individual account with LetterClick, they can automatically be attached to the company's acount. Click here to set up your corporate account now.

Account Use

When each authorized person signs up as a corporate member under your account, they provide their signature(s), they can upload their contact database, add their own form letters, and set up reminders to help them acknowledge important occasions. At their option, they may also select personal stationery for their personal use.

As we said, LetterClick is all about convenience, and we wouldn't want to require people to sign up twice, once as a corporate member, and once as an individual member. This way, one user name and password enables them to send both business and personal correspondence, whether the company pays for it or the individual user does.
